Job Description
- Operate and control all aspects of the yeast management process
- Comply with safe, health and environmental procedures and legislation
- Maintain safe, healthy and risk free working environment (operator/artisan)
- Contribute to team and self development
- Communicate effectively in the workplace
- Participate in problem solving.
- Initiate and analyse process trend for continuous improvement
- Strictly adhere to the company technical compliance audit standards
- Minimum B.Sc Microbiology or any other related disciplines
- Good knowledge of best practices in manufacturing
- Analytical and evaluative skills
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a FMCG environment
- 2 years' experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Must be computer literate
