A prisoner in Ghana has been charged with assault after allegedly cutting off the manhood of an inmate for refusing to have sex with him.
According to Ankaful police in Ghana, their attention was drawn to the incident which happened at the Maximum Security Prison on Monday.
The suspect who has been harassing his fellow inmate for sex over a few weeks, got angry and cut off the victim's manhood with a razor blade for reporting him to prison officials.
The victim was rushed to the Interbeton Hospital in Cape Coast, where he is currently undergoing surgery to have his manhood reattached.
