Chris Brown can't seem to stop his romance with the law anywhere he finds himself.
The singer was recently pulled over by the police in Amsterdam for riding a dirt bike without registration.
The officers who didn't know who he is, slammed with a ticket and took him to the station to pay the fine despite his body guard asking "do you know who he is".
According to TMZ, Chris got a lucky break despite getting high at a coffee shop before he and his friends hopped on their bikes and drove through the streets carelessly.
